Specific Regulation

1. Supervision

All participants must be under the supervision of a coach, teacher, or choreographer throughout the competition.

2. Sportsmanship and conduct

All participants are expected to maintain a respectful, collaborative, and sportsmanlike attitude at all times. The director or coach of each academy will be responsible for the behavior of their dancers, instructors, choreographers, parents, and anyone associated with their institution.

3. Stage Safety

Each participant must respect the safety and stage setup rules established by the organization. The use of dangerous items or elements that pose a risk to competitors, the audience, or technical staff will not be allowed. THE USE OF MATS IS MANDATORY DURING ALL COMPETITION PERFORMANCES.

4. Multiple Participations

The same participant may register for different choreographies, provided they are from a different category or element.

5. Responsible Use of Stage Space

All participants and choreographers must use the stage responsibly and take care of the technical equipment provided by the organization.

6. Registration and Punctuality

Participants must arrive one hour before their performance, with costumes, makeup, and all group members ready.

7. Backstage Access

Access to the backstage area will be exclusive to registered dancers and accredited teachers or choreographers. Entry will be controlled via an official access list at the corresponding entrance.

8. Right to Participate

The competition organization reserves the right to prevent a competitor from performing if it considers that they are not in a suitable or safe condition to do so.

9. Prohibition of Stage Access

It is strictly prohibited for the audience or companions to go on stage at any time during the event.

10. Costume

GENERAL COSTUME RULES FOR ALL DISCIPLINES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Costume decorations or accessories that use symbols with religious, political, or offensive references to public morals are not allowed, except in disciplines where religious symbols are historically necessary, and provided they are used without offending or harming anyone.

The costume must cover the private parts of the athlete. Therefore, the following garments are prohibited: hot culottes, thongs, and transparent inserts in undergarments.

a. If shorts are worn, they must meet the requirements for underwear set forth in the Costume Regulations.

b. If a problem occurs that completely or partially invalidates the costume for the competition, the athlete must inform the Chairman of the need to replace it and be authorized by him or her before making any replacement.

c. The Chairman may require an athlete or athletes to change all or part of any costume or accessory if he or she considers that such costume or accessory is contrary to this rule.

d. An "accessory" is a decorative object that is integrated into the costume (jewelry, gloves, bags, hats, belts, scarves, watches, sunglasses, pins, bows, leg warmers, and orthodontic appliances).

e. During the competition, nothing in the presentation, costume, music, or choreography may be changed. These elements must remain unchanged throughout the entire competition to ensure equality among all competitors.

11. Music

• The music must be appropriate for the routine and cannot contain inappropriate language (obscene, offensive, or discriminatory).

• The duration of the music track must not exceed the choreography time indicated in the rules; however, for all levels, there will be a tolerance of plus (+) or minus (-) 10 seconds.

• The music must be submitted before the competition, as indicated by the organization. We recommend bringing your music to the competition on a USB or drive.

• PROBLEMS WITH THE MUSIC TRACK: Only if technical failures in the event's audio are verified, the participant(s) may perform at the end of the corresponding competition block. If the music exceeds the time limit, the organization has the right to cut it; otherwise, the participating choreography will be penalized with disqualification from the event.

• The Competition organization has the authority to make decisions other than the above regarding music without this leading to legal or image-related problems.
